Lawyers, when drafting a legal opinion, assume greater liability, which does not imply only the due diligence – which is characteristic of thieir activity. They also agree to be liable to the client for any damage suffered as a result of his legal opinion, up to a certain ceiling. This ceiling shall normally correspond to the ceiling covered by compulsory or optional professional insurance or by the form of professional organization within they are active.
